Dr. Kurt Wagner is one of the surgeons on the team at Sanctuary Plastic Surgery in Boca Raton, and made quite a name for himself as a pioneer in plastic surgery.
Here is some groundbreak footage from his appearances on the Merv Griffin Show. Something to note: they discuss the "new trend" of males getting cosmetic surgery... which was also covered in a 1971 Time Magazine article featuring him. At the end of clip five, they also have a great before/after reveal of a great rhinoplasty result that he had with a patient. These are elements of cosmetic surgery coverage that have been used over and over, but they got their start with Dr. Wagner on the Merv Griffin Show.
